Winter Holiday gift return policy: Purchases made for gifts may be be returned up to Jan 15th and exchanged (or gift card) up to Jan 31st.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it provided the following criteria are met:
Items must be...
- • Unused/unworn
- • Original tags in tact
- • In original and undamaged manufacture packaging (if applicable)
We issue REFUNDS within 14 days from the date you received the item.
We honor EXCHANGES up to 30 days from the date you received the item.
If your item sustained damage during shipping, immediately contact the shipping company direct to request a Damage Inspection Report from the freight company. There is little we can do from our end to resolve the situation if you fail to submit a report.
IF the above criteria are met, please follow the instructions below to either return or exchange your item.
- Prior to shipping your item back, you must call us at (503) 246-6646 to receive a Return Authorization (RA#).
- Write your RA# on the outside of your package next to your shipping label. Packages sent back to us without a clearly marked RA# will be refused and returned via the shipping method by which it was sent.

Once we receive the item, we’ll credit your card for the valid refund amount. NOTE: refunds can only be credited back to the credit card charged for the original purchase.
How we calculate your refund amount:
Your refund amount will be the purchase price less shipping charges and a $10 restocking fee. If the item you are returning qualified for FREE shipping, your refund amount will equal the product’s purchase price less our shipping/handling cost (we can tell you the shipping cost when you call for your RA#). We only refund shipping costs if the the return is a result of our error.
Regarding Exchanges, shipping charges will apply on the newly exchanged item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. We can give you a shipping quote when you call for your RA#.
$200 Deposit Policy
If you'd like us to "hold" a board (surf, SUP, snow....ANY new board) with the intent of purchase, you may do so with a $200 deposit. The deposit will effectively put a SOLD sticker on the board with your name on it. You'll have two weeks to finalized the sale or request a refund on the deposit.
