Return/Exchange Policy

We issue REFUNDS within 14 days from the date you received the item and we honor EXCHANGES up to 30 days from the date you received the item provided the following criteria are met:

Items must be...

- Eligible for return. No returns on surfboards and SUP's. All sales final on used equipment. All sales final on clerance & sale items.
- Items must be unused/unworn
 -In original manufacture packaging (if applicable) with all original tags in tact.

If your item sustained damage during shipping, notify the driver/carrier and immediately contact the shipping company directly. 
Clearance and closeout items are not eligible for returns. Special & custom orders are not eligible for returns exchanges.

Please follow the instructions below to either return or exchange your item.
  1. To start the return process please email bob@gorgeperformance.com or call us at (503) 246-6646 to obtain a Return Authorization number. 
  2. Write your RA# on the outside of your package next to your shipping label. 
  3. You may ship the item to us usuing the shipping method of your choice or We can provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  4. Ship the item to:

Once we receive the item, we’ll credit your card for the valid refund amount. NOTE: refunds can only be credited back to the credit card charged for the original purchase.

We can offer you a shipping label for your return. Simply request a label when you contact us. The shipping cost will be deducted from your return. 

How we calculate your refund amount:

Your refund amount will be the purchase price less shipping charges. If the item you are returning qualified for FREE shipping, your refund amount will equal the product’s purchase price less our shipping/handling cost. We always refund shipping costs if the the return is a result of our error.

$200 Deposit Policy

If you'd like us to "hold" a board (surf, SUP, snow....ANY new board) with the intent of purchase, you may do so with a $200 deposit. The deposit will effectively put a SOLD sticker on the board with your name on it. You'll have two weeks to finalized the sale or request a refund on the deposit.
