What to expect after placing your order
We strive to ship in-stock items the same day if placed before 11:00am, or the very next day if after 11:00. Shippable surfboards and SUP's require additional handling time.
We will not process payment until the item ships. (see Out of Stock note below)
If the item you've ordered is oversized, we may need to adjust the shipping charge depending on distance shipped and type of carrier required if other than FedEx. We do our very best to find the most economical option.
You will receive an email with tracking info. once your item ships.
Domestic Shipping Terms and Conditions
We always prefer to ship to the billing address on your credit card or PayPal account.
In the event you need to ship to an address other than your billing address, we may need to verify your identity. Our manual verification process is as follows...
- Call us at 503-246-6646 to provide your credit card number so we may charge the account a small random amount (i.e. $0.32). This amount is 100% applied to your purchase.
- Next, contact your issuing bank (via online banking or the customer service number on your card) for the charged amount. Note that it can take up to 2 business days for the amount to post to your account.
- Once you have the charged amount, contact us either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 503-246-6646. We will then charge the remaining balance on your card and ship your order ASAP! We appreciate your patience with this process. We curse the thieves that have come before you and made this step necessary.
We mainly ship via FedEx or USPS.
Items marked FREE SHIPPING will ship via FedEx Ground service and applies only to customers in the contiguous US. For AK or HI addresses, please give us a call or email and we will provide a shipping cost estimate. We can even just process your order over the phone.
In Store Pickup is always an option! Please note that we require a photo ID and the credit card used for purchase at time of pick up.
Some items (board bags, surfboards, etc) are oversized. Because rates for oversized items can vary widely, we cannot guarantee the shipping quote given by our shopping cart will be 100% accurate. We will contact you for approval if a shipping adjustment needs to be made.
We are unable to ship to post office boxes with FedEx. If you specify a PO Box, we will send you a USPS quote for your approval. USPS is an option only for smaller items. We'll notify you if shipping to your PO Box is not an option with USPS and perhaps you can arrange another ship-to address. In any case, your credit card is not charged until the item(s) ship, so rest assured will get your approval before anything ships or is charged. Please do make sure your contact info is correct.
APO/FPO addresses, please contact us by phone to process your order. We will ship via USPS.

If an item is out of stock...
We do our very best to keep our online inventory accurate, but occasionally in-store sales may impact online inventory. If we do not have an item you've ordered, we will contact you with an ETA for the back-ordered item, or suggest a suitable alternative, or simply cancel your order at your request. Again, YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL THE ITEM SHIPS.*
*Most credit card companies issue a virtual "hold" on your funds during the check-out process even though your card has not yet been charged. In the event we need to cancel your order, the hold may remain on those funds until it automatically disappears within 24-72 hours. Please note that this hold is initiated by your bank and we have no control or access to remove it.
International Shipping Policies
At this time, our online shopping cart functions for US domestic addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
