Team Gorge had a good weekend on the Surf and SUP competition scene. Cyril continued his domination in flatwater SUP claiming victory among the 18-49 group at our own Willamette SUP Cup. Jarrko had a great race too, with an awesome (photo) finish just missing the podium in 4th. Meanwhile, Matt was busy taking top honors in the SUP surf division at the Surfrider Clean Water Classis at Westport, WA. Justin scored some top 10's with 6th in the longboard and 8th in the shortboard Pro/Am divisions. Way to go team!

Here you'll find complete results from the W'SUP Cup and a ton of photos on both Flickr and on Facebook. We'll post results and photos from the CCC as soon as we get them.

Rose City SUP Classic

The Rose City SUP Classic takes place on June 9th right here in Portland. Racers will battle it out over a 6-mile, 4-mile or 2-mile course (depending on category). Team Relay and FREE kids race too before the awards ceremony. This is going to be a blast! Online registration is OPEN!

Who will create the Gorge Performance 30th Anniversary T-Shirt and Shop Skate Deck?

Gorge Performance is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year! Yeah, that’s a big deal. We think it warrants a killer t-shirt AND a new shop skate deck to commemorate the occasion.

So it's contest time! Winners will each recieve $300 prize packs, a copy of their finished product, and certain infamy! See the contest page for complete details and directions on how to enter. Submission deadline is May 31st. Good luck!

I have no idea what that means, but I do know that all year long you'll find plenty o' surfboards and SUPs in stock – over 250 last I counted!
